Configuration Options

container (required) - CSS selector or HTMLElement
design (optional) - 1, 2, or 3. Default: 1
size (optional) - Ad dimensions. Default: "360x500"

336x280 - Large rectangle
320x480 - Mobile interstitial
250x250 - Square
300x250 - Medium rectangle
